Raffle Terms

Terms and Conditions:

• Entrants must be 18 years of age or over and hold a valid firearms license to possess and register the appropriate firearm. (ie the first prize)
• The first ticket drawn will win first prize.
• The second ticket drawn will win second prize.
• The third ticket drawn will win third prize.
• Images are indicative only, actual prize may vary in timber/fabric colour/shape
• Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
• Firearm prizes must be redeemed via a licenced firearms dealer.
• Winners must supply their own Permit to acquire.
• Raffle is open to residents of Victoria ONLY.
• Proceeds go towards new MFGA upgrades.
• Tickets are electronic and will be issued via email.
• Tickets are $50 each and numbers are limited to 200 tickets.
• Raffle ticket sales will commence on 1^st May 2026 and conclude 3 months later or when     sold out.
• Entrants do not need to be present to win.
• The draw for the winners will take place on 29 08 2026 at 2:00pm, at the Mornington Field and Game Inc. 58 Coolart Rd, Balnarring, Vic 3926.
• The draw will be of a physical nature and non-electronic
• All winners will be notified by phone or email within two days of the winners being drawn.
• The winners will be published at on our website as soon as possible after the draw
• Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier, include GST and are correct at time of printing. All prize values are in Australian dollars.
• Mornington Field & Game Inc. will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes. If any prizes remain unclaimed Mornington Field & Game Inc. will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.
